The following are Directions on how to get to Yapton (in West Sussex) from Catisfield (in Hampshire). 1st Catisfield Scout Group should not be confused with 1st Yapton Scout Group.
Directions
Ford Scout Hut is the home of 1st Yapton Scout Group.
To get there from Fareham, take the M27 towards Portsmouth, then continue on the A27 towards Chichester. Follow the Chichester by-pass towards Brighton.
Drive past the Little Chef (on about the eighth roundabout), still heading towards Brighton.
After the next roundabout, stay on the A27, and after about a mile, you will see a sign for Yapton on the right. Take this road, cross the level crossing, and head into Yapton.
At the Olive Branch Public House, turn right. About 100 metres on your left is Drove Farm Lane. Drive down this lane, and 1st. Yapton and Ford Scout hut is about 50 metres on the right.
It will take about 45 minutes to get to Yapton from Fareham.
