We have held face to face meetings with our neighbours and user groups and are also keeping them up to date with our progress via letter and have made ourselves accessible by phone or for further face to face meetings if required.

We will publish updates on progress of the new facility via our website.
We will also publish its availability via our website, leafleting and advertising of the facility on the Town and County Council websites.
The North West Fareham Strategic Partnership will enable a broad cross section of the community to be kept up to date with our progress.
We have performed initial follow up work with the groups who have enquired about using the existing facility who will now be able to use the new and improved modern facilities and will keep them informed of our progress.
We will also publicise the rebuilding project to the wider community through the various local papers.
