1. Will part of the site be sold?
   No, we are not planning to sell any part of the site to raise funds.
2. What will happen to the trees?
   We will be retaining most of trees and will enhance the site through landscaping and appropriate planting as part of the project.
3. How tall will the new building be?
   3.5m
4. How long will constuction take?
   8 months
5. When will construction start?
   This is dependent on funding but we are aiming to start between February 2009 and March 2009.
6. How much disruption will there be?
   As with any constuction work there will inevitably be disruption but we hope to keep this to a minimum.
7. What will happen to the groups currently using the site?
   We will be retaining use of the small hut for the user groups during the construction period and once the new building is open we will be removing the small hut and landscaping the grounds.
